If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return the item within 14 days of the shipment date. You can choose to either exchange your product for another or to receive a full refund of your purchase.

Please contact us via email at [email protected]  to inform us of any product(s) that you may wish to return and which company you will use for the return shipment. We will then confirm and accept your return request via email.

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The item is not in the exact same condition as received.
• The item was worn, washed, ironed, dry-cleaned or cleaned in any other way.
• Tags and stickers have been removed from the product.
• The product misses any of its original packaging, such as boxes, dustbags, cases or anything else sent with it.

The receipt of purchase must also be enclosed.

Failure on your part to satisfy this obligation gives our business the right not to accept the returned purchase.

You bear the return transportation costs and you are solely responsible in case of any accidental loss or damage until we receive the returned item. If you fail to cover the return costs, our business is entitled to decline the returned purchase.

Refund of an order

Once you have followed correctly the above steps to return your purchase we are obliged to refund you the full amount of your purchase using the original way of payment, that is, either through PayPal or Credit card within 14 working days.

If your item was purchased via “cash on delivery”, you will receive your refund within 14 working days through bank transfer. Please provide the necessary banking information at [email protected]

Canceling an order

Please inform us via email at [email protected] if you wish to cancel your completed online order before the product is shipped out.

Please be informed, if you do not manage to cancel the order soon enough before the shipment of the online ordered product, we reserve the right to use our “return/exchanges” policy described above.

Please be informed the same return/exchange policy applies for exchanging your product(s) with another.

Cancellation of an order by The Memory Corner

The products offered for sale at our shop are individual items and only one of each item is in stock.

However, apart from our e-shop, The Memory Corner is also a store in Athens. Therefore, it is possible that a product is purchased by a client in our store, and almost simultaneously by another client in our e-shop, before we are able to remove the product from our e-shop.

In case of such a simultaneous purchase, you will be notified within the next working day of the cancellation and the refund of your order. We guarantee that the refund will be completed within 5 working days of the order date.
